About Us:

ESP Australia Pty Ltd is a leading provider of building, safety and compliance products Australia wide. Based in the eastern suburbs, we manufacture, supply and install key safety products including Access® Tile Tactile Ground Surface Indicators and stair nosing (as seen on the stairs at the MCG).

Poised for growth, we are set to expand our market presence, and with this an exciting opportunity has arisen for a high achieving and motivated Internal Sales Support to join our team.  This role provides clear opportunities to grow and develop within the business.

About the Position:

The Internal Sales Support role will report to the General Manager and will be pivotal to our day-to-day sales and operational functions, customer liaison, CRM coordination, trade show support and coordination of our marketing service providers.

Duties include:

• First line customer response, including phone calls, emails, order processing and delivery coordination
• Tender and quotation preparation and coordination
• Internal sales support functions
• CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) coordination
• Trade Show support and participation
• Coordination of service providers for marketing support

About the Person:

The role will ideally suit someone with experience in internal sales and customer support, a ‘can do’ attitude, willing to get involved, highly self-motivated and keen to learn.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for include:

• Experience in a sales support role
• Excellent phone manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work within a small team and autonomously
• Can-do attitude with initiative and enthusiasm
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel & Outlook)
• Current driver’s license
• Professional manner and appearance
